The Challenge
The client needed an affordable inventory solution where customers could log in, browse products, place orders, and have operators approve them for consignment. They also lacked a reliable way to track when products left the warehouse for delivery or were returned, making it difficult to maintain accurate product status and history.
Our Solution
Developed a secure web application allowing customers to search products and submit orders, with backend approval workflows for operators. Implemented QR code scanning for employees to instantly update product status (e.g., from warehouse to in-consignment, delivered, or returned), providing complete real-time tracking and full audit history for every item.
